Don Chaney was my service technician today and I was very happy with the professionalism that he portrayed during our entire interaction. Professional, courteous, and honest. In my opinion, those are the key elements to running a successful local business. Climate Control has been doing the maintenance on my air conditioning and furnace for two years. Vince Miller was doing the annual maintenance on the furnace. He had a gas leaking machine with him. He tested my pipes and discovered that I had gas leaks. He immediately contacted the office and scheduled an emergency plumber. Drew Whitlock, the plumber, showed me where all the leaks were and explained to me everything about the leaks. I am a widow and I was unable to pay the bill. The owner paid for it as a Christmas present. I am beyond grateful. I would recommend them to everyone. They are honest, reliable, efficient and really care about their customers. Thank you Climate Control.

I had a plumbing emergency and called Climate Control because they were literally right across the highway. They gave me a 10-2 window the next day which was the soonest that someone could be there. I had to call twice and they missed their own 10-2 window...but Keith was a very capable plumber who solved the problem for now but also told me it will happen again and gave me several suggestions to solve the problem in the future. I really appreciated his honesty and I was aware of the existing problem but was in denile.

Took awhile, but they redeemed themselves by redoing my duct cleaning! The guys that came were so young (still in high school), but still do knowledgeable & got it done right this time! ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d Only one of them accidently put most of my vents on upside down, lol, so I have to fix them still. No biggie! ud83dude42
