Todd and his staff were ontime, polite and professional. They answered all my questions and were upfront with pricing. Todd even called when he was on his way so I wasn't waiting for hours. My carpets are cleaner than expected. He was able to remove stains and discoloration from high traffic areas that I didn't expect to come out. High quality service at a reasonable price.
