This place is nothing short of amazing!! I had my anniversary ring soldered to my wedding band and Mr. Terry did excellent!! Great price great turnaround times. I will never use another local jewelry as long as Gladstone Jewlers is in business. Use them, you wont regret it!!
I was just in here today and I had such a good experience I had to hop on and write a well deserved review! Terry and his sister in law (I didn’t catch her name) were so helpful and nice! My fiancé and I had picked out a ring from a corporate jewelry store and we were less than impressed. Not only did the other store incorrectly size my ring even though they took my size right then and there, the diamond was also mounted off center. Terry addressed the problem and quickly gave me a solution. Huge plus.. he’s remounting my ring & resizing within ONE DAY! Amazing!!
This man is nothing short of amazing! Not only does he care about his craft, he absolutely cares about his customers. He helped us and walked us through the steps to find the perfect ring for her. Best experience ever, please people stop giving your money to these big businesses that just don't care, and take it here. Thank you Terry, from both of us. :)
Terry is by far one of the most talented people I have met. His quality and professionalism will keep me here for years to come. My husband had him custom make a ring for me from scratch and I was blown away with the quality and will forever cherish it because of the love, dedication and hard work that Terry put into it!
The Owner (Terry Anthony) is nothing short of amazing. His craftsmanship is impeccable and he will customize to your style. He is professional, honest and he delivers on-time. He is not pushy and his prices are very competitive. I would recommend this jewelry store.
