We had the good fortune of using this company to treat our home for termite prevention. We live in a townhouse area with 3 connected homes and one home on the opposite end had gotten termites. He was able to prioritize and treat our building within one week. He kept us all informed of the process, the chemical used and he even did a treatment by our deck posts and trees. The drill spots are hardly noticeable. Now we can have peace of mind. This company was well recommended and now we know why. Guaranteed Service with yearly checks and very knowledgeable service. Incredible! It's not very often that you find somebody that goes above and beyond what's expected. That's exactly what Travis did for us. I hired Travis to resolve a termite issue at our house. During the process, he found carpenter ants in a woodpile next to the house. To my surprise, he moved the entire woodpile 50 feet away to protect the house. Any other service would have told me to move the woodpile or just sprayed a bunch of chemicals on our wood that we use for roasting hot dogs in our outdoor fire pit. Travis did the right thing and went above and beyond the requirements of the job. Thank you Travis!

Travis responded quickly to my online request for service. He communicated his arrival time when he was on his way and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. We had a problem with ants, which he quickly diagnosed and treated, explaining what was needed and why. He said it might take up to 2 weeks to see full results but we were ant free in the treated areas over night. He didn't try to sell me on anything we hadn't talked about or any continuing service and the price he charged seemed very fair. Travis also followed up to ensure the problem was resolved. I was very pleased and won't hesitate to call again.
