Where do I even start!!!nThis has to be the most friendly store I have been to in years! The staff are so amazing and were willing to stop what they were doing to give me directions and advice on my project! I want to give Don a huge shout out along with Amy and the other woman with her at the register with the unique name! You guys were wonderful! With me managing the business up the road I will need a store like yours in handy!nYou have gained a long term customer!! Keep up your hard work and your great work ethics!!
This hardware store is a neighborhood store. It's way more personable than the big chain stores. Just an example is i went to menards to get a key copied. They only have a machine and it was going to be about $40 for a vehicle key and it would be mailed to me. Walked into nuts and bolts and they have a real person do it on a wheel in front of you. Something about a personal touch and actual people doing the work.
Staff was unpleasant. Mask required sign on door...no problem. Staff weren't wearing them. Price incorrectly marked...too bad, not going to honor it.
I am consistently disappointed every time I go to nuts and bolts. I've lived in the area for 5 years and have gone into that store maybe a dozen times max. Every time I walk in the store they never have what I need, their prices are 20% higher than Home Depot, and when I actually find a staff member they act like I'm bothering them. This will be the absolute last time I will venture into the store I will drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Home Depot. At least there they have what I need and the staff is friendly and willing to help.
