We were completely shocked at the serving size, we ordered the medium which is their "Love It", it was the size of a single scoop of ice cream for $8.50! We've never been to this location and will never come back! You're better off taking that $8.50 and getting a pint of the most high-end ice cream from the grocery store. It's not the cost that bothered us, it was the horrible serving size, never have we ever experienced this from other Cold Stone franchises.
The guy and girls working there were super helpful and made us our ice cream relatively quickly even though there was a long line. I ordered a shake and the thickness was perfectly on point, excellent job to these employees. Sadly I didn't catch their names.

They have a new boo trick or treat ice cream and it is awesome. But it will turn y ok ur teeth and mouth black but so worth it.
