Didnt find what we was looking for but employees was very friendly.
The staff at this store are always friendly and helpful. Today a young lady who said she was in customer service helped complete my order at the kiosk when I was having difficulty. We had to move to another kiosk in the store to complete my order. This young lady was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I don’t know what her name is but hope this store gives her the recognition she deserves for excellent customer service.
The staff at this location are by far the friendliest, most pleasant, and most helpful of any Kohl's I've ever been to. I've got other Kohl's options both closer to my home and closer to my work, but I will always go out of my way to come to this particular location any time I need anything. Huge shout out to the management team in particular, I always see them out working on the sales floor right alongside their team to ensure all customers get all the help they need, when they need it.
Super efficient with Amazon returns, helped with questions throughout the store, and finalized a large transaction that I was originally worried about hutbhad no cause for alarm with the associates working at Kohl's!
