Bought a Super Nintendo on 10/3. It worked fine and then suddenly stopped working mid November. Checked the AV wires and bought HDMI adapter and still nothing is working. I called the store just to be told nothing can be done outside the 30 days. Look, I'm not trying to get money back in return. I want to exchange a defective product and keep my business with them. Its amazing that right after the 30 days this suddenly stops working. I can understand if it was several months or years but 2 1/2 weeks outside the 30 day mark I feel something could have been done. What a disappointment
Nothing was in order they said they had cd's that they didnt it was just a mess.
I wanted a certain cd and they didnt have it, but i got a really good movie.
Always liked the store but the recent price gouging of the PS5 turned me away for good. $750 for the console, on top of having to purchase an extra controller and 2 games is laughable for a retail store. We have enough scalpers on fb marketplace and ebay.
Fun store, always a great poster selection and finding some favorite old movies. My friend loves the anime figure, Itachi, she bought great price at only $30. Will return
