While the manager at the time seemed frantic due to it being SuperBowl Sunday, she was very helpful and was able to prepare our order very quick. The deal for the pretzel bucket came with drinks; we decided to do without it and she had went ahead and gave us dipping sauces instead. Although the reviews of how she extends her treatment to her employees are valid, I do think that our anecdote with her service was pleasant and efficient. I definitely think there's some opportunities for her to be less abrasive with her team, and I hope that she is able to foster a better working environment in the same manner she was able to cater to us.

Top notch service and excellent food
The manager elizabeth is so rude!! She doesn’t care about her employees!! She treats them like garbage. My boyfriend has been working there for some time and so was my good friend and it was my friends first job!! . On her first or second day of work with elizabeth, She yelled at my friend and told her why is she even there she doesn’t know anything. That’s because elizabeth didn’t want to train her properly!! Also another worker there, Has no respect for their co workers personal life! Overall, POOR MANAGEMENT that don’t care!! Literally. And no one is doing anything about it
