Always worth the wait. Popular place especially in the summers evenings. The variety of selections can't be beat. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere of getting ice cream is always fun.

You have an exceptional employee, her name is Raven. We came in last night 5/3. I just lost my father last week, my other 1/2 was trying to make me smile & brought me there. Raven made my moment! I've been in guest service for over 30yrs & at a Forbes 5star hotel, raven definitely fits!
I was shocked thst know one had masks on, and won't return until
I normally love Cold Stone but today was the worst experience I had. The young man that helped me and my husband wasn't very friendly and he didn't pay attention to what my husband wanted. We had to ask him several times to put his ice cream in a cone and not a cup. Plus he didnt give me a receipt. This guy wasn't very nice and didn't want to be at work. Hire people that actually want to work.
