Went to a wedding in where these guys were working the valet, nice enough guys, however they tore the leather seat in my Lexus. I spoke to the owner of the company several times, and he was very non compliant and refused to take any responsibility. It cost me 500.00 to have the seat repaired, and he wouldn’t even pay half. In fact he has completely ignored my calls and texts.nHis crew were ok, but to not handle the issue is in my book, a very unprofessional move.nI am a business owner myself, and it is my goal to “always “ take great care of my customers.nVery unprofessional!!
