I loved this cute little shop, particularly since I am a gardener. I purchased several items there a couple of weeks ago, including some gifts. I also purchased a blouse there, which unfortunately didn't fit. When I tried to return it or exchange it yesterday, they would do neither and said all sales are final. She pointed to a small chalkboard sign hanging off to the side and about 3 feet high over the counter stating that policy. Unfortunately, no one told me that at the time of purchase or asked if I had tried on the top as I would not be able to return it. I had 2 gardener friends with me who would have loved to have shopped there, but we left. I can understand this policy for other items, but not for clothing. A shop down the way allows exchanges for clothing, no return on anything else. This is why shops go out of business - buy something online and you can return it, no questions asked.
Beautiful shop, very welcoming. Nice stuff!
This place has beautiful things, old and new, one of the best places in Ozark to shop for gifts or just yourself.
This place is adorable! A million cute things. I want it all!
