My house had previously been treated for termites 3 years ago with a guaranteed 7 year treatment from another company in Republic that isn't the best at returning phone calls. I contacted Ortex (as well as a few other companies in the area) after finding active termites around my house. David came out and did a thorough inspection. After carefully considering the options, I chose Ortex to treat my whole house exterior and crawlspace. The technician that came out was very polite and respectful, and did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with the service and folks at Ortex and highly recommend them.
We just completed a full year service with Ortex and want to commend our tech Chris and the company. We are very happy with their service - no problems, always on time, easy to work with even help us proactively address needs outdoors. Thank you!
Chris really helped me out. He listened to my concerns and made sure to keep my place clean and safe. He came into my apartment while I was out for work and left before I got back, my apartment was neat and in tact, everything was taken care of, and he locked up behind himself. I highly suggest requesting him if possible. He’s very fast at responding over text if necessary and is eager to make the customer happy. Seriously the only pest Control specialist that I’ve ever met that legitimately cares. Way to go Chris! You’re the best, give the man a raise
I don’t know what all these other reviewers are drinking but I wish I had some! My mother had service for a mouse issue with this company. They were fine for awhile but never really got rid of the problem and after a while they all but refused to honor the free callbacks they advertise when signing up. And the lady in the office was extremely rude to both me and my mother! So much for the “guarantee” they offer. Too bad the guarantee is worthless when needed!
I love this company. Despite Travis waking me up from a nap for my (forgotten) scheduled appointment, I think he is a fantastic pest control guy and I hope they never send anyone else out.
