We had carpet installed. They were very professional. On time, courteous and did a wonderful job. They explained any issues that might arise and what they could do to help avoid that.nI would definitely use them again.
We purchased carpeting from Home Depot and Romanoff did the installation. They called to advise when they would be at our home. They provided clear instructions about what we needed to do to be prepared. The installers arrived on time. They were very professional and courteous. They were respectful of our home and property. They did more than what was expected. They cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. They worked efficiently = I was amazed that they completed the job in one day. Excellent experience!
I can be a jerk to work for, I’m very picky. David and Daniel Boone from this company were the best flooring contractors I’ve ever seen! Very quick, professional, answered all my concerns and did a 2 day job in a day! I will hire them again as soon as I can get them back out to do the upstairs! Great job!
The crew was professional, prompt, and skilled. They showed up on time, worked hard all day, and were very careful with our belongings. The work they did was excellent, and they even went out of their way to fix errors made by the installer in our previous installation. We would highly recommend them
Their customer service was outstanding. Sarah had to help me reschedule multiple times. By the time I was done she may have even knew me by my voice. They were also pleasant, friendly, and understanding. I greatly appreciated their patience.
