Shout-out to Jessica at the Galleria location! She was very helpful over the phone when I was describing what I wanted on my two large cookie cakes. She even let me text her a picture of what I wanted. She called me to let me know it was completed earlier than anticipated, and it looked terrific! I usually don't write reviews, but I had to acknowledge Jessica and her great service!
The employees here are always fantastic, but the manager (Sharon?) is nasty. God forbid you ask for a drink with no ice. She will make a total scene from the back counter. "Take it or dont get it" This will be the last time I buy anything from here until this nasty "manager" is gone. I could never talk to a customer that way, and I'm a manager myself! This is not the first problem with her, from all these reviews. She also treats her employees like garbage! Absolutely disgusting!

Idk how this is 2 stars these cookies are really good!!! They are a little expensive but they are soooo soft and taste sooo good the sugar cookie is the best
Also to the veteran that gave it a poor rating down below! So your are saying he wouldn’t sell you a cup of water but he wanted you to buy a bottle ... which only means you were asking for a free cup of water!! Otherwise you would have purchased a regular water bottle you cheap person who cares if you a veteran!
Like a Mrs. Fields fix on occasion when the girls are shopping. Had to settle for this place in Vegas. Not even remotely close. Stale and very average chocolate chip cookies. Didn't even eat the 2nd one, which, if you know this fat boy, is pretty astounding.
