Took a cat named Tiger to vet in Ozark before getting inside the carrier door came apart and he ran away. It was about 80miles I drove for him to see this vet the cat went directly to a culvert which was approx as wide as 2 ln hwy.It was pouring rain and had been for most of the day the vet assistants put a live trap and closed it off but The water kept coming and I was scared I would have to return home and worry all night he would drown during the night. I ask some person there if I should call fire department they said they would not help.But I have never been accused of listening real well ,so I found nearest Fire station walked in explained my problem they were very concerned and it didnt take them no time to arrive after I went back to where Tiger was. I didnt get there names but they were very compassionate and I thank them so much for getting Tiger out has he was in water up to his neck and it was 34 degrees Thank you God be with the 2 of u cant say thanks enough Tiger says THANKS he gets his teeth fixed Wed.
I have worked with the Ozark Fire Department staff and Leadership, they are a department that cares about Ozark and our community. I’m so glad we have these fine people in our community keeping us safe. Everything from assisting with medical calls to large fires that require so much training. My appreciation goes out to the entire Ozark Fire Department.
Called them for like 2 hours no one answered no one called me back. A farmer burned his field and smoke and ashes are everywhere. No response way to drop the ball guys I find it unlikely a firehouse is empty and no one can answer the phone.
I went with the Cub Scouts and it was a great time. I also went with Tiger Paw Pre-school.
