Great people love them for that .... But service was not at the least professional nor neighborly .. I shop local for a reason ...local service what they sell ...did not receive that here
Great place to buy appliances, highly recommend.
Owners Rusty and Jill Norval are fantastic to work with. They carry an amazing variety of furniture and appliances. Plus letterman jackets and more! Most stores this size are in larger cities. No need to drive when you get it right at home. They're also members of the chamber of Commerce and support our community. Great store, good people.
If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did they come to my home 7 times to fix my washer and yet still couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, they took it upon themselves to make their own claim with the washing machine company. Insurance fraud is not something I want to be a part of, and sadly I had to take legal action to cover my own bases. Our claim was made with Nebraska Furniture Mart where we purchased out washer, and they should habe never been making a claim using our names and our address. The washer company only covers a 1 year warranty, our extended warranty was through NFM.
Excellent people we are blessed to have business and loving people locally. There help with with my son's letterman jacket was above and beyond.
