These guys are amazing. They have requested me to wait more and add an additional crate! Why not? Sure I said and they helped me to change my load for more space! If you’re good everyone is good and love to help people! Great company, great professionals especially the guy helped me to load and get ready for the road again.
I called Elmwood to get a price on a fir board. I need an odd size, so I knew it wasn't available in local lumberyards. I realize my order is small, and needs to be shipped. I expected a high price, and was willing to pay for the wood I need.nWhy advertise THOUSANDS of times nationwide, if you can't provide the product? If I misunderstood what Elmwood sells, why not say so? I was surprised, after all the peaceful guitar- music, and hippy-drippy employee testimony, that I didn't get a call back.
Horrible customer service. I have tried two separate times to purchase “ready to ship” products. Both times I called I got sent to the Same salesman, last name Dunn. Both times he claims not to know the price or if they have the item in stock. Both times he said he would email the corporate office for the answers and he would call back. Both times he never called back. What kind of salesman doesn’t know the price of an item or if they have the item. Also why email “corporate” instead of calling them for an immediate answer. I spent about $3k with this company a few years ago and now its like they don’t care about sales. 2 stars instead of one because the product I did get from them was good quality

I recently purchased a dark walnut top for my kitchen bar top and dark walnut rustic shelves and I was extremely happy with them! The wood was beautiful. The dark walnut top has gorgeous grains, a very nice smooth finish and a great color. The company was very easy to work with - very responsive and helpful. The wood shipped exactly when they told me it would be ready and it came un-damaged and nicely packaged. I was very happy with the company and would highly recommend it.
