I usually go to the Lee's Summit store, and they never have the food that I actually want for my dog. They have the brand, Instinct; but their selection is a tad smaller. I noticed every time I got online it told me that the Belton location carried more options in stock! So, I went there this time! Very pleased! I love the building set up! The cashier greeted me as I walked in even though she was the only one up front, and she was helping others. (As they always do). She was talking with some high school friends about their classes as I returned to check out, but they were very respectful to leave as soon as I was ready to check out. I think bringing respectable friends into your retail work place is a huge plus! I love the signs throughout the Isles that classify each brand of food! Going to different stores is always hard, but they make it as easy as they can! My dog's food may be in the front of one location and in the back of the other, but it is always easy to find! I also like that in the back of this store there is a bigger opening for dog beds and other items. This allows the store to feel more open. The store looks and smell very clean! During pandemic times all employees were wearing mask and being respectable of others.

This is the one store close to my location that is wonderful. The employees are very friendly and always greet me at the door. The groomers are wonderful and outgoing. They make me feel comfortable to ask questions and discuss my dog. Right now, I wouldn't not go to another store. This one is the best so far.

Our rescue dog had never been groomed before and is skittish around new people and not good with other dogs. Amanda was wonderful with him! Very patient and took her time so he got to know her. Did an excellent grooming job. Will definitely be going back to her for all of our grooming needs! Got some excellent advice from the girl that checked us out too about different foods to try for allergies. Wonderful friendly and caring people throughout the store. It was a great experience!

Everyone is always helpful and they have never been out of the treats or food that I give my pets.
