Just visited this location and I love it. Nice and friendly staff (my sales lady I think her name is Liz) was amazing. I told her my budget and she worked with me and we got a purchase. Quality of merchandise excellent. Quality of service excellent. I will now make this location my store of choice.

The other night I went into this store to get my ring cleaned and look for something special for my daughter since my mother passed away recently and it was hard on my daughter. Allie asked one question and all of a sudden she went straight for something not in the showcase. It was a special necklace that she wanted to show me. The necklace had my mother's birthstone and my daughters. It was perfect. The whole time another wonderful lady working there was keeping my kiddos distracted by showing them what they liked. They loved it. This is the best experience I have ever had in a jewelry store and I am beyond grateful for those ladies working.

Wonderful Time Shopping!!! I had a wonderful time shopping for me. The Store manager helped me find beautiful pieces. She got me a ton of info about the pieces and was very detailed about financing . I have been going to Kay's in Raymore for over one year and I always get the best service. I wanted to give a big thank you and I have a new favorite Jewelry store!

The Raymore store, took my old wedding ring and repaired it. And did an amazing job. All my future jewelry repair will only be done by Kay's. The girls working there are so knowledgeable, and very friendly.
