Superior Plumbing is amazing and I will be a lifelong customer! A previous plumber could not figure out my problem with my water heater. With one phone call, Caleb had the issue narrowed down to 2 possibilities. Elijah came out and ran some testing and was able to find and fix my issues. Not only is my water heater fixed but my water pressure is amazing now! Elijah was friendly and knowledgeable and he even took the time to talk to my home warrenty company so I could be reimbursed for the charge, something he didn't have to do but I very much appreciate that he did. I also want to add that Elijah cleaned everything up so well that I couldn't even tell he was there. He did a great job!
They we’re respectful, responsive, thoughtful, and gracious. They gave us valuable insight and info into completing most of our job ourselves then contract them for exactly what we needed.
Caleb and his team are honest, fair, reasonable, have a spirit of helping and informing. Reliable, and knowledgeable. They do excellent work, on time and in budget. Can't recommend more highly. They've done several jobs for our home, and have always done excellent work. I trust them and their work completely, and have had only perfect experiences, consistently. Don't ever hesitate to call them with any plumbing or gas project or need.
Caleb was awesome! I called him for a quote to fix my leaking expansion tank lines and he worked quickly to get me the best job and quote at the earliest convenience. He gave me quality work at a great price. Then he sent Lee out to fix it and Lee was excellent. Our pipes are not fixed, not leaking, and we are happy with the service! Great people to do business with. We would use and recommend them again.
After 15 years of plumbers charging me to pull a toilet because I didn't think I had a cleanout and after being told by Bob Hamilton that my sewer pipe had collapsed and I had to pay $4000 to fix it, these guys found my cleanout which will save me a ton and they confirmed there is no collapsed pipe. They are honest, professional, and know what they are doing. Will use them again and again.
