I went specifically shopping for yarn, and the shelves were pretty bare. I'm guessing since a lot of yarn is made in China, the supply chain is still behind. Fortunately the yarn I was needing was available so I can finish my project. I checked the website and was happy to see the stock on the shelf matched what was shown online.
I wanted to give it 1 star because of the many times I've been in and Sandy was either rude or too busy to answer questions about products. She always acts bothered. However, I decided to give 2 stars since not all the employees are like Sandy. Thank you to Anecia? For trying your best to answer my questions. And Brandon is always very nice and very helpful, thank you
Very poorly stocked and there was not very many options or variety to choose from. The store is on the smaller side and definitely geared more towards JUST fabric. The staff was friendly, though.
They had a vast selection and we were able to locate exactly what we were looking for. We even bought a decoration that was on sale. Customer service is warm and friendly.
Stocked well with great bargains. The majority of the staff very friendly and helpful the exception being the the staffer at the fabric cutting table who acted like they just wanted us done and maybe her day over. They kept checking their watch and sighing.
