They have been doing our automotive shop for a couple years now. So I called them to take care of my home. They were suppose to bring stuff to treat the attic for spiders. When I met the technician at the house he had already done the outside so when I mentioned the attic that needed to be done he said he didn't have any of that stuff with him. So he did half of the job. They still charged me full price. I paid half and they kept on trying to collect the $40. I cancelled the shop services and they turned the $40 over to collections. I would not recommend them to anyone!

I used this company 2 years ago and was happy with the results. No more ants in my bathroom and the spiders even dissapeared too. Well I recently needed their services again for ants in the kitchen. I got a next day appointment. I almost missed my appointment but the man waited on me to make it back home. I did sign up for their annual treatments, which is not under a contract, you are billed after each treatment. And if bugs return, they will come back out for free. They also allow you to pay your bill online. The employees are great too. Would really recommend this company.

I've had bad experiences with exterminators in the past including one that I allowed to step through my ceiling walking around in my attic. I needed desperate help because I had a nasty gnat infestation for a couple years or more that was getting worse. I tried using my lawn care company which also does pest control and the outdoor fogging for mosquitoes they did helped but the gnats started coming back. The company said they really didn't specialize in that so I called Pro Pest which was recommended by my insurance agent who had used them in the past. Upon the initial inspection and indoor treatment as well as an very good outdoor fogging, I saw may one or two gnats since the spring and it is now approaching winter. I also used to have spiders appear once in a while especially in the kitchen sink but none this year. Even a big spider that likes to make a web around my front porch and garage in the fall did not show up this year. Furthermore, I have had rodent problems with them entering through my garage and getting into my car so Pro Pest has put poison bait stations in the garage and around the house, which appears to have lessened activity. I am overall thoroughly pleased with the results of treatments and find their people very responsive and helpful. I don't think you can find a better extermination service and will continue to use them year round unless something changes.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Had to cancel my appointment, was told they wouod call me back to reschedule. Over a week later, and 7 calls made to them, i am still waiting to hear back. If u want even decent service, use ANYONE ELSE.
