The judge will work out a deal with you if you know you can't pay for the fines you do community service is free. And if you're like from Jackson county and Clay county is still free for you guys 2 for a matter of fact I'm moving to Cass county that's how much I loved it not because of the judge is because in Belton Missouri and Raymore Missouri is there a beautiful quiet and very good schools for my children to go to.
Worst experiance of my life.. No arraignment.. Straight to trial... Prosecutor wont talk to you unless you have an attorney! They could have told me that on the phone.. Drive 2 hours to talk to someone and was denied the chance. Treated like a murderer over a speeding ticket! I have a Masters degree and they talked to me as if I was a child.. Someone needs to look into this court system.. It is severly broken!
