Once again Karen and her staff did a wonderful job fixing my daughters necklace and in a timely manner despite the pandemic and pandemonium it has caused. They even opened the doors up for me upon arriving after they closed so I could pick it up because I had my days confused on business hours. Thanks again Karen and staff.

This is a wonderful store with a wonderful staff. The owner came in to meet me on a day the store was closed over a holiday weekend in order to assist with a birthday gift. They go the extra mile regardless of the size of purchase. I highly recommend for jewelry purchases this independently owned shop over the large chain stores. You won’t be disappointed.

Helen was Amazing with looking at and explaining what would need fixed and giving me reasonable prices to have it fixed, definitely a Great experience and would recommend to anyone! My ring is beautiful and wearable again!♡
