We called a day ahead of time because we got a flat tire about 300 miles out and wouldn’t be to Watford City until late. We are on a road trip from Tennessee, so it was pretty urgent we got off the spare tire once we were here. We got up early to get the tire taken care of in a timely manner so we could still enjoy our day as scheduled. The woman on the phone had told us the shop would be open at 7:30am on a Saturday. When I arrived, the shop does not open on the weekends at all....I completely understand that the pandemic has affected hours, but please have your staff know those changes.
Took our fire engine in for new front tires. We literally pulled right in. They had us back up and running in about 30 minutes. Staff was knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Great job.
Great place to get your tires worked on. Fast, easy, and it's always impressive when you see the shop owner not afraid to work on tires as well, great guy. I'm always happy to go in for a quick tire fix.
Geat service in Watford. There was complications with my order. And they completely dropped everything to help me get back on the road. Paul thanks for the help!!!!! Great service!!!!
Original visit took my vehicle for an alignment, they said tie rods where bad ordered new. Second visit they ordered the wrong ones, Third visit once the got the right ones on they didn't tighten the jam nuts on the tire rods causing my vehicle to go back out of alignment. will never return.
