Carol and Derek are fantastic travel agents! Four days before my son’s honeymoon, their resort closed. Within 24 hours Derek and Carol had them rebooked to a different resort that was fabulous. Thank you for saving the day and following up to make sure everything worked out!

What a breath of fresh air dealing with Carol! She’s always working to get us the best deal on great trips.
