Had to drive 45 miles away .Went to get ring back, had repaired, and was not back by due to delay. Told I would get an email. Not apologetic at all. Had it for over 3 weeks and promise date was not kept.

The experience was really nice at the beginning then it went bad after I paid the ring wasn't sized correctly even knowing I paid extra to have it resized then after I got the ring they wouldn't pick up the phone...even after they took my money

Can’t get them to answer they phone when you have a question! But when we bought the ring the young lady that helped us was supper nice.

Never in my life have a felt judged and uncomfortable in a place I was spending money. This must be a whites only establishment, they acted like they did not want me there or did not want to do their job.

I shopped here for my engagement ring and I believe I worked with Sarah and Rebecca who were both incredibly helpful and sweet to me and the family I brought in to help me shop. I ended up not finding my perfect ring here but I would still recommend checking them out and talking about their customization options if you're having trouble finding what you're looking for. The prices were also a tad high for me but I've found I have expensive taste so maybe that's just me! Thank you everyone at Kay's who's helped me figure out what I want and for all the incredible information yall shared with me!
