Outstanding customer service! I had replacement windows installed a couple years ago. Had a problem with one screen. I called them, spoke to a very friendly lady, who took care of my issue. Their service person, Tommie, came out and took care of everything. All were very personble and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company for window installations.

Windows look amazing and I can already tell my ac isn't having to work as hard as with our okd windows. The crew showed up got the old windows ripped out and the new ones set in and trimmed up in a timely manner. Very professional crew and cleaned as they went. Highly recommend windows from window world. You may pay a slightly higher initial but they have lifetime warranty and its transferrable if you ever sell your house.
they were here when they said they would be. However the factory forgot to put some of the parts in the kit. We had a sliding door we could not use for about 3 weeks. they did get the factory Rep. out here and he installed the parts. these are some of the best windows and doors out there today. You can’t beat the lifetime warranty. great company they will take the time to talk with you and make sure your getting what you want. Thanks Window World will be buying more from you in the future.
I had 2 doors and 3 storm doors put on last year by Window World. They still look great, good quality. Very professional when they came to show me the doors and installer very professional. If I need any doors or windows I would not hesitate to call them to do the job.
