The check in was smooth was able to complete the entire process over the phone. The room was clean great little restaurant next door. I would stay there again.
Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rooms. If I'm ever back in alexander I'd go back.
Rooms were nice, bed was comfortable, shower was good. The problem is with the electronic check in that they brag about - it's nothing to brag about. You have to download an app to get into your room. The gal working the phone had no clue what she was doing and getting the codes sent to the phones was a nightmare. For some reason, the person who booked the 2 rooms was the only one who was getting the codes and he was the only one who didn't really need them. I am sure there was a way to send the code to the app of the person actually staying in the room, but the person setting it up on the motel's end did n't understand the process at all. They hype it up like it is some kind of bonus, but I will NEVER stay at another place that has the electronic check in. I am not spending another 45 minutes in a parking lot trying to get an app set up so I can get into my room.
Very spacious, clean room with full-size fridge. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is nice and large with super hot shower.
My hotel stay was great! The hotel was remodelled recently and it is very nice. The doors have keyless doors, they allowed me to plug in my truck overnight, which was great because it was -20!nThe restaurant next door was great, the beds were comfy, everything was neat and tidy, and relaxing.nnCouldn't recommend this hotel more.
