Picked up our layaway rings since they aren't continuing layaway. We were helped in a timely manner. The employee took the time to write out the information for each ring into the warranty paperwork. We are from Columbia and he took the time to explain how to utilize getting sizing done up there and having the 6 month checks on them.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Brandy was very professional and we were in and out in 10 minutes. We needed our ring inspected and cleaned. She was very helpful and we would go again for future services and purchases.

We love the specials that they run. Fantastic jewelry @ awsome special price. Only prob, should limit the number of items a customer can purchase. Lady ahead of us today bought 16 items of the special, so they will not last the weekend and a lot of customers won't get them. FI've item should be more than enough.
