I just went to Claire’s in the mall in Osage Beach. They were closed. It’s a little after 7 pm. On the website it said they do not close until 9pm. I stated that to the girl that came to the door as my daughter and I were standing in front of the door deciding where we were going to go from here and she stated in a very run tone that “she has no control over that!”nThere was no need for her attitude. I was not rude to her, no need to be rude to me. She said her name was Christine. I won’t be going to that Claire’s again.

I went in with a few things in mind. The only worker present was sitting on the floor in the back room with the door open. She heard us enter, as we were not quiet, but she did not emerge to greet us or offer any help. I observed her in the anti-theft mirrors, but she never looked up or got up, even when we walked very near to the door. There was absolutely no customer service to be had. We left empty-handed because there was no way we could have made a purchase with no one actually working there.
