I have stopped here many times. The store inside and out is always well taken care of and clean including the restrooms. They have prepared foods hot and fresh. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. During the busy times you're almost always in and out quick. I have nothing negative to say and I can be picky sometimes. They always have what I need. It's an awesome stop!
Truly appreciate the location being near LOTO hospital. Arrived way early for an appointment so, I enjoyed a hot slice of pizza. Please build one on the Laurie (west) side of the lake.
After 1 1/2 hours of ordering a pizza for delivery I called to see what was going on, was told they were busy. I go to the store to pick it up the driver was leaning on counter talking to a female coworker and playing on phone. Before letting them know who I was I asked if they been busy and both employees said no. Then said I was there to pick up the pizzas the driver insisted that I was still being charged for the delivery fee. Oh of course after all the time that had pass the food was at best lukewarm.
Casey’s is a great chain of gas stations they’ve got great gas and snacks inside and everything you could possibly want in a gas station highly recommended great prices to
Pathetic! Ordered pizza & went to pick up...they hadn't been made yet!! Okay...come back in 10 min. Okay...still not made yet!! What horrible customer service is that? An hour later than promised our pizza was done & they refused to cut us a deal for poor service! Never again!! We'll go to a different Caseys & see what kind of respectable people work a different store!
