Super nice guy. The ride was nice. Clean boat. He (Dave) drove us around to all the hot spot drinking areas and then to a few small local spots. Had such a nice time. Thanks for putting up with us! We also wanted to see some of the lakeshore houses so he showed us around those and told us a little about the area. Hope we can come back and enjoy another ride in the future!
We used Water Taxi for a Bachelorette party weekend to get to and from the bar. Dave was great on communicating our pick up and drop off. We will definitely use them again!
We experienced extremely poor customer service from this company. Our driver Rick was so rude to us from the beginning. They told us one price and then added 10$ PER PERSON once we reached our destination (yet was not docking his boat until we agreed to that). Would not recommend this unprofessional company. We did get refunded this $10 each after two phone calls to the company number posted, but we were mostly upset about the way we were treated by Rick.
Dave was very friendly and nice. 10/10 would recommend using the water taxi!
Awesome service, great folks. Would use them every time if we could.
