Had a great time on the lake. Rented a ski boat, staff was nice and helpful, only complaint is the boat was definitely showing age. Had algae all caked on and the upholstery was torn all over the place.
The boat was nice. But their customer service isn’t good. The lady working there is very rude. I asked a question and instead of answering me she told me it was common knowledge that I knew the answer. Didn’t appreciate the comment just wanted an answer.
Hailey and Jacob was wonderful they really made me feel safe and comfortable. Great customer service.
Way overpriced on jet ski rental at 90 an hour. Surdyke Yamaha Marina is just a bit further and 65 an hour and they have better jet skis. You also get a discount if you rent more then one.
