We booked our honeymoon through Central Travel 2 years ago and the process was fantastic! It was our first time traveling outside the county and it was nice to have someone to call if something went wrong. Was supposed to use rewards points and get credit on 2 nights in Hotel.nCT there keeps giving us the run around. Not getting done. So now I have to pay for them.
Very disappointing service. Called and spoke to a woman in regards to a Hawaiian vacation. Phone call seemed to go well however 4 days later I had heard nothing. I called and spoke to the woman explaining I wanted to make sure she had my information correctly since I had not heard anything. She said she would have it to me the next day. It has been 3 more days and still nothing.nnNo phone call, no email. Would not recommend them to anyone!
