I visited Performance Plus a few months after having a biking accident in Colorado with my family. I found that I was left with severe back pain that became unmanageable with over the counter pain medications. I decided that I needed further help with my issues, and that's when I turned to Performance Plus Rehab Center. I met with Dr. Aaron Jones who suggested that x-rays could possibly determine the source of my pain and subsequent injury. It was determined that I had stenosis in my spine, affecting areas of my neck and lower back. A program of core exercises, chiropractic procedures, and electro therapy was prescribed. Through the efforts of several therapists that assisted in my recovery, I am now virtually pain free. I would like to acknowledge Dr. Aaron, Dr. Josh, Kevin, Alex, and the entire staff for helping me along the road to recovery. And of course, Amanda, whose diligence and patience kept me focused through the entire process. Their staff works as a team to get you back on track. I would definitely recommend Performance Plus Rehabilitation Center and their highly capable and professional staff.

There is no other facility like Performance Plus. The combination of chiropractic and physical therapy healed my injury in no time! They have the best treatment and care in the Midwest!

Never overcrowded, great staff and nice atmosphere! You don't feel like other patients are staring at you all the time during your p/tnbecause they space out the appointments to prevent that from happening. You will love this place!☺ufe0fOh, and I almost forgot to give kudos to Sarah McClain, physical therapist extraordinaire! Thanks, Sarah!

I had an interview with this company. I arrived 30 minutes early and still waited because they were short handed. By the time I did get my interview it lasted all of 5 minutes. I was told I would be informed either way if I got the position. Never received a call or email. Even though I'm highly qualified to do the job and more. I wasn't a selected candidate. What it all boils down to is the color of my skin and that's sad. I'm just as good of an employee as a white person, even better. Unfortunately, they just want to keep the whites only as employees and I will be looking into a lawsuit.

I started going there right after my rotator cuff surgery. They provide first class service from the lobby to the end. The therapists there make you feel comfortable and safe and never push you past what you can do. Knowledgeable and caring this is the place to go for all your rehabilitation needs.
