There's a Gentleman, and I say that word very cautiously. That had this establishment scored one star a few days ago. I have been dealing with Julie for the last 6 months and have spent lots of money. I can tell you she definitely stands by her products. The gentleman that had her scored at a 1 was in the store harassing her and calling her very demeaning names. He then turned to me and tried to bad mouth her to me. He was upset that his tank had sat in a garage for a year, and he wasn't satisfied with it when he got it out. The company refunded his money, and he got to keep the tank. Even with this he continued to scream, berate and harass this woman. We finally had to threaten him with the cops to make him leave. Julie is only taking customers on appointment only, and he came in without an appointment and harassed her. Shame on him. Now, if you want to go somewhere that can set you up with an amazing tank, and an amazing amount of knowledge, this is the place to go.
This is a wonderful store. The owner is so helpful and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond for her customers.
Amazing store. They are very knowledge and give great advice. Always a great selection of healthy fish and coral, her tanks are beautiful. I would recommend this store to anyone with a saltwater tank.
Julie is so knowledgeable and has made our saltwater tank experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
