We bought my engagement ring from Kristen when the store was still called Coin & Jewelry Exchange, and our latest purchase was a blue diamond anniversary band. Kristen’s has the most unique and beautiful pieces, and they are priced fairly. There are so many one-of-a-kind pieces to choose from, and you can be sure that you’re always getting the best quality. The associates who work there are friendly and knowledgeable and always make us feel like we are their best customers. I am always proud to say where my jewelry came from when someone asks, and have repeatedly recommended them to my family and friends!nI have had several repairs performed here as well. They understand it’s not fun to be without your jewelry and are quick to return it to you, always in much better condition than when you dropped it off (my ring looks brand new every time I’ve had it dipped or cleaned by them).
I had a custom ring made and Kristen helped me every step of the way. I am a particular person. She was so patient with me and finally after 3 cad designs later I approved the design. I got bids from other jewelers ans Kristen was the best priced BY FAR.
