Worthless store. Less than pleasurable associates & management, no knowledge on their products and warranties, and unwilling to work with anyone who is trying to resolve a situation. Sorry Kay Jewelers, but you just lost a returning customer (6+ products) because of this store.

Staff was rude, refused to stand by warranty, don't waste your time going here. Didn't want to believe all the 1 star reviews but I was proven right.

Be aware of this location. If you buy anything online and are not happy with your purchase, they claim they “can’t” find your order but try to sell you other items in their store. But oh my there’s your order when you decide to purchase something else.

This store was able to help us when other Kay stores, like the one in Columbia MO, was not. Only Kay store I will be shopping at for now on. Thank you ladies and keep up the great work!
