Nothing wrong with the room or location. It was nice and comfortable. I was scheduled for a 2 night stay and they charged me for 4 nights. They said I did not check out when I was supposed to. since I could not provide proof they charged me for the week even though I was out of there by Wed morning. 90+ hotel stays a year and never had an issue that could be resolved. Most hotels realize mistakes can be made and are willing to accommodate. This is not one of them.
The staff is awesome, always willing to help or have a chat. Rooms are clean and comfortable, they will cook you up a pizza when you get in late and everything else In killdeer is closed. They also offer a small bar and an early breakfast.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Clean room and comfortable bed. Has small bar and some finger food and will cook a frozen pizza from hotel store. Truck parking a plus, just not too many spots.
Lovely staff! Very inviting vibe. I had an issue with a third party booking agent, but the general manager assured me she would take care of me and give me a better rate and she saved me $25 for the night! She told me she’s honored it anytime I stayed which is super awesome! My room was extraordinary clean and smelt great! I also took notice at check-in they had a bar and figured I’d give it a try later in the evening and the guy at the bar was super talkative and just felt like I wasn’t away from home. Upon check-out, it was smooth as was check-in which is an added bonus! I will ALWAYS stay at the Cobblestone when ever I’m in Killdeer! THANK YOU to all staff! ud83dude0a
Great experience overall. The night manager / Bartender was an AMAZING host!!!! Very professional and able to handle a crowd with efficiency.nThen there's Crystal......nHmmmmm, let's just say that she makes my day Everytime I encounter her. She brings a warm smile and a friendly experience to the entire process. If I'm in Killdeer, I'm staying here!!!!!!
