Earlier interactions were great. Unfortunately, despite being a very long standing customer, Adelman Travel failed to give any inkling that the Columbia office closed!!

They don't seem to interested in helping you. I was looking at spending 20 to 30,000 on a trip in the Mediterranean. I contacted them in February it is now may still have never heard a word back. thanks for your help on getting me a cruise that you didn't even bother to help. I had called them and gave them exact details of the cruise that I was looking for they said they would get back to me in a couple days like I said 4 months later still never heard a word.
Shirley Linn has been my travel agent over 13 years and all the recommendations and service we have received has been top notch. She has helped many of our friends with their travel plans. Very Highly Recommended.
