Joe the employee was extremely helpful and assisted me in finding some pairs of shoes. He asked me what styles I enjoyed and pointed out some amazing products. He even taught me a few things about shoes to ensure I got a durable product that would last me a while. Will definitely be back all thanks to Joe.
Went to shoe dept. looking for some kid’s sandals, and when I found a pair that I wanted all the boxes were empty from that aisle so I went to the register and waited 5 minutes for someone to show up to give me the pair I wanted. A guy showed up and I handed him the shoe box and he just wondered around and came back to tell me they don’t have any that they were probably stolen. First of all how is it possible that all the shoe boxes were empty and expect me to believe that they were stolen? He didn’t even bother to look in the back where they keep the shoes to see if they have any on stock. Never shopping here again! Bad service
Zandria was extremely organized and helpful in helping me find two pairs of boots. She showed me several styles which was helpful and even ordered one pair of boots that they did not have in stock. Zandria was extremely customer-oriented and very friendly. My day was made better by Zandria's positive attitude and friendliness!! I would highly recommend people shopping at the Shoe Dept. and will tell all my friends about my experience!
