The people in front of me were not very polite but the workers continued being very courteous and polite. Very good service!
A guy with blonde hair and glasses made my sandwich, every time I come in he is polite and listens and makes the sandwich CORRECTLY. Moved quickly through the line.
service was so slow and one of the workers was rude. found 3 rotten tomatoes in my salad. my sandwich wasn’t even a sandwich, i opened the bag and all the toppings weren’t on the bread, they were spilling out. I had to eat my sandwich like a taco. The bread was also burnt and couldn’t eat half of it. They also only put lettuce on half the sandwich.
The staff was extremely disrespectful of my asking for a vegetarian sandwich with extra cheese, despite the fact I said I would pay extra. They were very loud about my request and overall completely unprofessional. I get this is a college Subway, but honestly it’s still my money being spent. I expect better service and for this issue to be resolved.
Great food and the lady that made my sandwhich was very nice!
