Another happy returning customer!! I worked with the vice president, Kyle, this time. He is very kind, professional and efficient. The loan process is very easy and quick and they keep you updated and guide you through the whole process. In addition, their offer is very reasonable (for both sell and loan). At first, I was skeptical about the company. I was scammed out of jewelry in the past but I spoke to Jordan Issac and all my worries was washed away. Mr. Issac was VERY professional and ENTHUSIASTIC about helping me. He took the time to FaceTime me and walked through his facility. With no rush, he took the time to explain the process and called me immediately upon receiving my items and with no issue wired the funds! I'm glad I was able meet Mr. Issac. I would recommend the Diamond Banc over any company.
