Buchroeders has provided an excellent experience for both jewelry repair and purchase. They helped my fiancé repair his mother’s engagement ring to propose to me with. For that exchange, their estimate was more than what it actually cost and they gave us the difference back- which is noteworthy given we would not have known the difference. Their jeweler is detailed, very skilled and passionate about his work. Several times while in the store he has showed us things he’s working on and explained the creativity it took to finish the project. He also repaired my grandmothers engagement ring and made it look stunning. This will always be the jewelry store I go to.
Sharing my opinion of Buchroeders is more like ice cream and cookies... Everybody loves Buchroeders, especially me! But my most recent experience, was one of the best! What happened is less important than the fact, that everyone in the store helped out in some way. Jesse deserves a special call out, as well as does Adam. It is a beautiful atmosphere with lovely employees who can get the job done, regardless of what it takes. You MUST personally go to Buchroeders to experience them for yourself. I'll look for you, because I will be back.
Seth was really easy to work with and very knowledgeable about what was needed to repair my wife’s ring. The turn-around time was very fast too. My wife RAVED about how beautiful it was when she picked the ring up and thanked me about 10 times! Win / Win!
Amazing service! They were the only place I talked to that charged exactly what they quoted at my initial inquiry, and while they told me it would take a week, I was able to pick up my ring the very next day!
Seth was amazing! We got in late to just look around and he ended up staying past closing, showing us everything we wanted and answered every question we asked! We left with the perfect ring, all thanks to his help! Highly recommended Buchroeders to anyone looking to purchase jewelry!
