I visited KT Diamond Jewelers while looking for a ring for an anniversary present for my wife. I only knew approximately what I wanted to spend and that I wanted a ring. When I walked in Tracy greeted me and walked me through the process of looking at diamonds and rings. Kyle joined her and over the next couple of days I was educated on diamonds and what to look for in a diamond. At no time did I feel like they were trying to sell me anything, only teach me about diamonds. Their joy and passion about their work were obvious. Kyle got in a selection of diamonds for me to choose from and we went through the process of looking at them from various angles, literally and figuratively. I finally picked one, then we started talking about rings/settings. I got lucky when I described what I wanted, Kyle had designed a ring (in his Allure Collection) that was exactly what I wanted. Kyle got the ring done in just a couple of days, but unfortunately I had to wait a few weeks until my anniversary. In the end, my wife is ecstatic over the ring. And I am ecstatic over the entire experience. I cannot recommend this store and Kyle and Tracy enough. They love what they do and they only want to share their knowledge and passion with others. Thank you so much for such a great experience.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had ring/jewelry shopping!! I'll never go anywhere else again!! The original ring I purchased was not quite what my wife wanted. We came back and Kyle designed a ring to her specifications as he said he would at the time of the original purchase. I cannot say enough about how great this experience was. My wife and I are customers for life!! Thanks Kyle and Tracy!! We'll be seeing you again real soon!!

I upgraded my wife’s ring after 10 years @ KT Diamond and had the best experience! It was a fully custom ring with a beautiful diamond that Kyle had selected. Kyle created a 3D rendering of the ring and took all my ideas and executed a custom ring that looks like it came out of a case from a store in NY and it’s gorgeous! Everything was done in his shop and on time. The process, service and final product blew me away. This is a wonderful family owned business that puts out a product that is top notch! I have purchased watches (4), earrings, 2 men’s rings and now 2 women’s rings from these guys!

I went to KT diamond for my 18th birthday present. I had an idea in mind of what kind of ring I wanted but Kyle showed me so many different ideas and ways to go, and how he could personalize the ring to make it special. I felt very cared for during the entire process, and most definitely got more than I could have ever imagined. With every step of the way Kyle was there communicating what came next and willing to change things to make sure the ring was 100% perfect. This amazing experience made me never want to go anywhere else!
