My experience here was on outstanding. Had a tattoo done by Roxane and it is incredible, couldn’t be happier. Roxane took her time in developing the perfect piece which I appreciated and was very professional and an awesome artist. I couldn’t recommend Living Canvas more.
The shop is immaculately clean, the people are very friendly, and all the artists are excellent. I've been to Trent for 3 of my 4 tattoos, and I've never been disappointed by the quality of his work.
I've had 5 piercings done by Mikey and a tattoo done by Cam in the last year or so and I've had an amazing experience each time I've been in!!! All the front desk people I've encountered were really nice! Mikey and Cam are super knowledgeable and easy to talk to! All my piercings look amazing and my tattoo is gorgeous! Absolutely recommend!!
It was the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I was so excited to get my nose pierced and I had went to the shop before for my three tattoos. But I was met with the most rude, hateful, and down right mean attitude from the man behind the counter and the piercer. They were so rude and I honestly left in tears. The piecer didn’t even go over the care instructions with me. He just had me grab the paper and leave. I know it’s not a $500 tattoo but I feel like ever customer should at least at the bare minimum feel welcome.nnAnd after reading through the reviews I see that this is a reoccurring thing that still hasn’t been addressed. Or fixed.
Really great place. I think that quotes should be set and that the artists should be clear about the prices with the receptionists but other than the small miscommunication I experienced I'm very pleased. Would and will go back :)
