I recently left several items for repair. When I picked them up the cost had almost doubled from the estimate and the quality of the repair was very poor (visible solders, etc.). I tried to talk with Mr. Bryant while there and again by phone about my concerns regarding the overcharges and quality. He hung up on me. Think twice before having jewelry repaired here!
