Helpful, knowledgeable, and fairly priced!!nnI came to them in desperate need to repair an engagement ring/wedding band set that I had purchased elsewhere and Randy was happy to help me out. The other store I bought the set from resized it, but the rings would no longer fit together and the other jeweler told us nothing could be done unless we wanted to shell out hundreds more to reshape the bands and rebuild the cage. I spoke to Randy about the issue and explained how the rings fit before being resized. Randy was really nice and understanding and offered to look at it under their microscope. He quickly identified that the wedding band needed slightly bent into the correct positioning, which he did by hand in front of me. Randy fixed my major issue in a matter of minutes and then gladly told me that it was at no charge!! I am so happy with my experience here and they have earned themselves a loyal customer!
